Full Release Notes
Accessibility Enhancements: The platform has undergone a series of accessibility improvements, designed to facilitate smoother navigation for all users. Notable changes have been made to the session files screen, where users can now benefit from integrated search bars and have the capability to format the table to match their specific preferences. This development aims to provide a more adaptable and personalized experience, ensuring that users can interact with the platform in a way that best suits their individual needs.
Add Last Updated to Session Files Table: A new “Last Updated” column has been introduced to the session files table, providing users with clear and quick visibility of the most recent processing date for each session file. This feature is crafted to enhance data management, offering a straightforward way to monitor the time-sensitive progression of session data.
Other Notable Updates: The platform has received further updates for a more streamlined user experience. On the Behaviors tab of a Transcript, sections such as Highlights, Lowlights, or Synchrony Scores will no longer be displayed if they are not applicable, eliminating unnecessary clutter and focusing attention on the present data. This standardization simplifies file management and reduces errors related to file naming conventions.

What’s New v2024.10.09
TL;DR: Important Updates
- Checklist Fidelity Tracking: Now quickly identify unmet checklist items and view session fidelity percentages.
- Dashboard Proof of Concept: Clinical teams can soon create and manage dashboards, aiming for release end of the month.
- Updated Talk Turn Display: Transcripts now easier to navigate with talk turns highlighted over the old line-by-line format.
- Refined Action Item Review: Action item review shows entire talk turn context, with targeted internal feedback options.
Full Release Notes
- For a Given session, Provide a List of Unmet Checklist / Fidelity Items: The checklist tab now reflects whether an item has been fulfilled during a conversation. Items that haven’t been met will show the message “not met in this recording.” Each item will contribute to fidelity only once, and the tab will display counts of both met and unmet items. This will enable us to calculate a percentage of fidelity.
- Clinical Enablement of Dashboard Creation and Management via Embeddable: Successfully completed a proof of concept for interactive dashboards, enhancing the team’s capacity to develop dashboards for customers and generate actionable analytics. We aim to do a general release by the end of the month.
- Talk Turn Representation: The platform has been updated to showcase talk turns within the transcript view, moving away from the previous utterance-by-utterance format. You can still sync a specific talk turn with the video by clicking on an utterance within it. Additionally, hovering over an item will highlight its corresponding behavior within the talk turn. The review of action items will now display the entire talk turn and highlight the utterance that is an action item. The thumbs-up and thumbs-down features are now linked to specific behaviors within the talk-turn and intended solely for internal use during this release.
What’s New v2024.09.27
TL;DR: Important Updates
- Comments in Transcripts:Users can now comment directly on transcripts for interactive mentor engagement. Visible to all with access.
- Speaker Role Assignments: Assign roles like therapist or participant to speakers in the portal for precise analytics. Roles applied consistently throughout the session; reprocessing required upon assignment.
- Behavior-based Role Analytics: Once roles are set, behaviors in the analytics are tied to those roles, ensuring data relevance to assigned speakers.
- Gated Action Items Approval: A multi-stage, gated review process for action items has been implemented, involving a mpathic team member evaluation, optional supervisor approval, and streamlined resolution, all within structured SOP compliance.
Full Release Notes
- Updates to Transcript: Users now have the capability to leave comments directly in the transcript interface, fostering an interactive avenue for mentors and other permitted users to engage, provide feedback, or share insights. This update aims to enhance collaborative analysis and learning through direct, contextual communication within transcripts.
- Speaker Role Assignments in the Portal Our latest update introduces the ability to assign specific speaker roles, such as therapist, participant, among others, within the platform. This innovation allows for:
- Enhanced clarity in speaker identification by assigning roles at the session level.
- Automatic reprocessing of sessions upon role assignments to ensure analytics accurately reflect these designations.
- The ability to assign multiple speakers under a single role category for versatile role representation.
Note: Access to session analytics may be delayed due to reprocessing, with dashboard updates occurring approximately every hour.
- Behavior-based Roles: With role assignments, we’ve tailored the behavior detection system to correlate specific behaviors with designated roles. Therefore, detected behaviors, such as consent requests, will be attributed to the appropriate roles (e.g., mentor), enriching our analytics’ relevance and accuracy.
- Gated Action Items Approval: Introduc.ing a gated review workflow for action items, which includes:
- An initial review by an mpathic team member, determining the action item’s course.
- An Approval Process where, after initial acceptance, the action item proceeds to a supervisor for final validation and comments.
- A Resolution Option for mpathic team members to directly resolve action items, with reasons provided, bypassing customer involvement.
- This structured approach to action item review and approval is designed to streamline operational efficiency while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and quality metrics.
