Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Customer may cancel their subscription to the Service at any time prior to the commencement of the auto-renewal period by accessing the Cancellation link provided in their account settings. Upon cancellation, the Customer will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point access will be terminated. No refunds will be provided for any fees paid prior to cancellation. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure cancellation occurs before the auto-renewal date to avoid incurring charges for the subsequent billing period.
